Located along the highway, Fairview Center Mall is an attraction to students and teenagers who enjoy the amusement center inside. Moviegoers can also choose from any of the numerous theaters on the third floor. The shops sell products at affordable prices and there are tiangges lined in the middle of the mall's corridors. Small compared to other shopping centers, the mall nevertheless carries most of shoppers' needs. People on the run also find the chain of fast food stores a blessing. So for products and services at friendly rates, residents of North Quezon City can definitely rely on Fairview Center Mall.

THE LOCATION
A Spanish-inspired enclave comprising medium-rise condominium buildings amidst a rolling terrain and lush landscape, San Benissa Garden Villas will offer “Garden Units” in three of its nine villas where buyers can have the best of condo living while having an exclusive use of a back yard as part of his unit. “The salient feature of the township is the three secluded buildings to be called “Garden Villas” which unit owners will access through a trellised walkway in a landscaped setting. Some of the condo units in the development will also feature an exclusive use to its own backyard.”
